Need therapy but can't afford it? Try Group Therapy.
If you’re suffering from depression or anxiety, grief or loss, or general stress from every day life but can’t afford individual sessions with a therapist, then Group Therapy could be for you.
Sessions are virtual or in-person, once a week for 8 weeks (morning or evening), capped to 11 people per group, with a trained psychologist.

We are delighted to welcome Dr. Alisha Koomkaran Groenewald to our team. She will be consulting with us on two Saturday mornings each month, bringing her expertise and warm, patient-focused approach to our practice.
Dr. Alisha is a highly skilled medical doctor with an exceptional wealth of experience in advanced aesthetic medicine. Her passion lies in helping patients look and feel their best through safe, effective, and personalised treatments.

Hi, I'm Dr Wendy Dicks
I am a qualified General Practitioner who graduated from the University of Pretoria in 2000. Passionate about caring for all members of the family from babies to the elderly and is able to assist female patients with gynaecological check ups.
I also do pap smears , HPV testing aswell as STD screening for all women. The HPV vaccine (Gardasil) is also available at the practise for immunisations for girls from the age of 11.
I am now also offering mental health consultations both virtually and in-person, and able to administer Botox facial injections in-practice.
